Out of the Ordinary into the outdoors is walk and talk support, for those that don't want to access our group support sessions we offer the option of meeting us for alternative support whilst out walking, exercise is known to improve our mental health and well-being and also have a massive impact on our physical health too,why not get intouch to arrange a walk and talk session today, we are based in salterbeck Cumbria
Also we offer support via zoom for those that don't live in the area, we can arrange weekly support sessions if needed
